Shipping & Return/Refund Policy
SHIPPING
We currently only ship to mainland U.S. locations. If outside of this location, please contact us with product(s) of interest and shipping location to determine if we can accommodate.
- Products are made fresh to order. Please allow 1-3 additional days for shipping.
- Because some products are sensitive to higher temperatures, we typically ship at the start of the week to avoid any delays. However, this can vary depending on the products ordered, shipping location, and average temperatures.
- Orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. We will notify you immediately if there are any unforeseen delays.
- All items are carefully inspected, packaged and shipped by Taboodoir.
- We ship through USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on weight of item(s) purchased. Tracking information is provided once package has shipped.
- Please note that some products (i.e., body butters, lotion bars) include ingredients that are heat intolerant. Therefore, these are likely only available for shipping during cooler months due to their susceptibility of melting during shipment. If we have any concerns about the shipping of products ordered, we will contact you immediately to discuss options.
RETURNS
We are committed to quality and offering the finest natural and luxurious bath and body products available. While we strive to provide you with the ultimate experience, both in product and service, we understand situations arise. We stand behind our products and our service and will resolve any issues you may encounter.
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you have any questions concerning our policy, please contact us at [email protected], and we will work with you to find a solution. Please include your order number and/or email address used with your purchase (if applicable), and let us know if you would like a call-back to discuss.
- Contact us immediately if there is damage during shipping.
- Within 14 days of receipt of purchase:Â we will honor a full refund for unopened and unused items in original packaging. Refunds will be issued once item is received and inspected. At that time, an email confirmation will be sent with the status of the refund.
- Returns requested after 14 days of receipt of purchase:Â due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, products that have been opened/used cannot be refunded. We will, however, work with you to determine a satisfactory resolution. Product(s) will need to be returned and inspected to determine store credit and/or replacement. Upon receipt of the item(s), an email confirmation will be sent with the store credit or replacement information.
- Items purchased as a gift will be issued store credit (or refunded to orginal payment method).
- Please contact us before returning any items to discuss issue/concern with product and resolution options.Â
- No return requests will be honored after thirty (30) days of purchase.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of any returns - either through carrier of choice or through a requested return label provided by Taboodoir (cost of label will be deducted from any applicable refund). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If returning through carrier of choice, please be sure to use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot verify receipt of the return otherwise.
Please note, complementary samples and gifts we send as a "thank you" for your purchase are included for your enjoyment and, therefore, are not eligible for return/credit.
