Shipping Locations
We currently ship exclusively to mainland United States locations. If you're located outside this area, please contact us at hello@taboodoir.com with your product(s) of interest and shipping location to determine if we can accommodate your order.
Made-to-Order Process
All Taboodoir products are crafted fresh to order using the finest natural ingredients. Please allow 1-3 additional business days for production before shipping to ensure you receive the freshest possible products.
Shipping Schedule & Temperature Considerations
Because our natural formulations are sensitive to extreme temperatures, we strategically schedule shipments at the beginning of each week to minimize transit time and avoid weekend delays. Shipping schedules may vary based on:
- Products ordered
- Destination location
- Seasonal temperature fluctuations
Important: Certain products (such as body butters and lotion bars) contain heat-sensitive ingredients that may soften or melt during warm weather transport. These products are typically available for shipping only during cooler months (generally October through April). If we have concerns about safe delivery of your order due to temperature, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative options or timing.
Processing & Delivery Timeline
- Processing Time: Orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase
- Shipping Methods: USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination
- Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships

Immediate Action Required
Contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged during shipping. We will prioritize resolving shipping damage issues promptly.
Return Timeline & Conditions
Within 14 Days of Receipt
- Full Refund Available: For unopened and unused items in original packaging
- Process: Items must be returned and inspected before refund is issued
- Confirmation: Email notification sent once refund is processed
15-30 Days After Receipt
- Store Credit or Replacement: Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, opened/used products cannot be refunded but may be eligible for store credit or replacement
- Evaluation Required: Returned products will be inspected to determine appropriate resolution
- Confirmation: Email notification sent with store credit or replacement details
After 30 Days
No return requests will be honored after thirty (30) days from purchase date.
Special Circumstances
- Gift Purchases: Items purchased as gifts are eligible for store credit only. This allows the recipient to select products that best suit their preferences while supporting our small-batch business model.
- Complimentary Items: Sample products and complimentary gifts included with your purchase are not eligible for return or credit
Return Shipping Requirements
For Defective or Damaged Items:
- Taboodoir covers all return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or defective
- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Contact us immediately so we can expedite the resolution process
For Customer-Initiated Returns:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs when returning items due to personal preference, wrong size selection, or change of mind
- Shipping Options:
- Use carrier of your choice with tracking/insurance
- Request prepaid return label from Taboodoir (cost deducted from refund)
- Important: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Tracking Required: We cannot process returns without delivery confirmation
