Even when temperatures are lower, UV rays still contribute to long-term effects, such as wrinkles, spots, and even skin cancer. Incorporating sunscreen as part of your daily routine is a low-effort way to maintain healthy skin for a lifetime.

As the temperature gets cooler, it’s tempting to take longer, hotter showers. But the harsh effects of hot water can contribute to dry, itchy, red skin. Try bathing in lukewarm water instead, and be sure to moisturize as soon as you get out to prevent skin dehydration.
